Civic Participation in addressing different basic but neglected issues through channelizing Materials as a tools

Different basic but neglected issues were identified by the community partners of 16 villages and thereafter some of the major issues like cleaning of Ponds, repairing the village road, setting up of dustbin were organized with Community’s collective efforts under Cloth for work Programme. School to school programmes were also organized in which different competitions like Drawing, Debate and Quiz were organized in 15 school under 4 GP of Sadar and Telkoi blocks, where the KITs were supplied to each school. KIT Bags containing Toys, mats,Soap,Towel,Crayon were also distributed in 12 AWC.After the completion works Home utility kits were distributed among the people, which were contributed by Goonj, a Delhi based NGO. It is an ongoing Programme of the Organization.
