Youth Leadership development Programme

To enhance the leadership quality and livelihood condition of the Youth leadership training and Functional vocational training programmes are organized by the organization. With the support of SADBHABANA three nos of Persons with Disabilities are able to open small variety shops in their locality and earn for their families. Nilam Mahakud having the condition of Quadriplegia, Cerebral Palsy girl of Haridagotha village is now able to run a variety shop and sale Rs.1000-Rs.1500 per day. Debadutta Pradhan having the condition of Intellectual Disability of Kashipal Village is now able to do Goat Rearing. Mamata Naik a Dwarfism girl of Janshanpur Village is now able to run a variety shop and sale Rs.900-Rs.1200 per day(Details in case study).
