As the President of Young India and the founder of Radio Namaskar, Odisha’s 1st Community Radio station ,he has empowered marginalized communities by providing them with the platforms to raise their voices and access critical information .His leadership as former National President of Community Radio Association of India has extended beyond national boarders, earning him recognition across South Asia and International forum for his role in elevating Indian community Radio on the Global staze.His writings ,including the book “Community Radio : 100 Answer to make waves” is highly appreciated and his practices are integrated into the Curriculam of Odisha State Open University’s Journalism Programme.

He has expertise in addressing different issues of the tribal community and other neglected groups through electronic media. He is associated with Rotary Club of Keonjhar and for his outstanding work he has been awarded by different District, State and National level agency. Presently He is working as the District Correspondence News-7,a leading Electronic Media of Odisha.

She is deeply involved in promoting the mental Health and wellbeing of the person struggling with mental spectrum of mental illness, cancer, disability, acid attacks, Juvenile Delinquency, leprosy care, Indigenous groups care and individuals needs care and protection. Dr. Sareeta has been awarded with the International Young Scientist Award and Citizen Award along with many other contributions in scientific and evidence based practices.in Mental Health.
